Pros.
This is the second delivery of this microwave the first one lasted 3 days till the clock and magatron went out called for a return had the 2nd on at the home in 2 days. I like this auto sensor for cook and menu items frozen dinners. No 4 minutes then pull back film, rotate entree and set back in for 4 more minutes. Just put in hit auto a done deal get the utinsels a plate drink and ready to dine. Very quiet and fits perfectly in the micro spot of the new cabinets.

Cons
1- First one went out in 3 days
2- First one didnt have a operator/user manuel
3- Had to spend 58 dollars to ship back to Kentucky and it took 10 days when it came from
Phoenix to Tucson in 2 days for 12 dollars
4- no way to tell Amazon that the return was shipped and the tracking # for a refund on the
returned merchandise


Amana AMC5143AAW Review by suman "suman L" (USA)

Purchased this based on almost perfect review/rating. I hoped this one is made in USA, but it is not. Made in Malaysia if any one cares. Build quality is nothing out of ordinary compared to other GE/Kenmore/etc. Its powerful for sure and now I can heat my cold milk from freezer in 1.5 minutes instead of 2.2 minute in my old microwave that hit the dust after 10 years of service. BTW, this model has a black cousin which is $10 cheaper, and I went for that one.
